Bismillahhirrahmaanirrahiim,
Alhamdulillaahi rabbil’aalamiin,

Allaahumma shalli alaa sayyidinaa Muhammad, Thibbil quluubi wadawaaihaa, Wa’aafiyatil abdaani wa syifaa ihaa, Wanuuril abshaari wa dhiyaa ihaa, Waquutil arwaahi wagidzaa ihaa, Wa’alaa aalihi washahbihi wabaarik wa sallim,

Allaahummahfazh waladaha maa daama fii bathnihaa, Washfihii ma’a ummihi antasysyaafii laa syifaaa illaa syifaa uka syifaa an laa yugoodiru saqoman,

Allaahumma shawwirhu fii bathnihaa shuurotanhasanatan , Watsabbit qolbahu iimaanan bika wabiraa suulika ,
Allaahumma akhrijhu min bathni ummihi waqta walaada tihaa sahlan wasaliiman,
Allaahummaj ‘alhu shahiihan kaamilan wa’aaqilan haa dziqan wa’aaliman’aamilan,

Allaahumma thawwil umrahu washahhih jasadahu wahassin khuluqohu wafashshih lisaa nahu , Wa ahsin shautahu li qiraa atil hadiitsi wal qur’aan, Wawasi’rijqahu , Wajalhu insaanan kaamilan saaliman fiddunya wal aakhirah ,
Bibirakati sayyidinaa Muhammaddin shallallaahu’alaihi wasallam wal hamdu lillahi rabbil’aalamiina

Aaamin, aamin aamin yaa robbal aalamin

Meaning:
In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, Most merciful.
Praise be to Allah Lord of the Universe
O Allah please add the welfare to our Prophet Muhammad SAW
As a balm to my heart and bidders;
Health-giving and refreshing my body;
As the rays and light eyes;
As the amplifier and spiritual nourishment;
And to his family and his companions give blessings and salvation.
O Allah may protect thee this baby as long as there is in his mother's womb;
And may you give to the baby and the mother of God that gives health;
No health health besides Allah, whose health does not end with another disease.
O Allah, I hope you created this baby in his mother's womb with jim-dandy way;
And may you cultivate her baby is faith to Thee O God and the Prophet Mu.
Oh God may you remove this baby in the womb of his mother at the time who have been dead- set within a healthy and safe.
O Allah, I hope you make this baby healthy, perfect, smart and intelligent to understand in religious matters.
O Allah, I hope you give this baby a long life, physically and mentally healthy, good temperament mind, fluent spoken;
And a great voice for reading the Qur'an;
And elevate the degree;
And expand sustenance;
And make for the perfect man survived in the world and the hereafter.
With the blessing of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and praise be to Allah Lord of the universe.
